The key purpose of this role is to effectively contribute to the smooth running of the branch.
Some of your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Providing accurate and confidential PA support to the operations manager
Providing administrative support to the branch
Building positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders both internal and external
Diary management and secretarial support.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
At least three-five years of administration experience
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Initiative and the ability to think on your feet
Solid knowledge of office systems and procedures
A keen eye for detail
Excellent computer skills, particularly in relation to the Microsoft Office suite of applications
