This role includes personal, home based tasks and office, business related tasks.
Drivers license and car is essential.
Examples of duties include:
– End of month reconciliation
– Tracking sessions in the diary and billing accurately on a monthly basis
– Prepare invoices/statements
– Track payments and follow up on late payments
– Diary management
– Track patient sessions from my diary
– Keeping us abreast of important calls/emails/meetings
– Take calls, return calls when I currently am unavailable
– Monitoring car maintenance taking to be washed, filled up, services etc.
– Personal shopping anything I might need
– Prepare financials to submit to tax accountant
R8500 per month.
