Title: TLB Operator, Front End Loader & Plant Attendant

Opportunities for skilled and experienced OPERATORS are required for permanent employment based in Johannesburg, Witbank, Rustenburg, Carletonville.

The successful candidates will be responsible for operating machinery to perform various construction and excavation tasks, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in all operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Operation of Machinery:

Safely operate machinery to perform tasks such as excavation, loading, trenching, and material handling.
Ensure the machine is used effectively to meet project specifications and timelines.
Site Preparation:

Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles, levelling ground, and digging trenches as required.
Assist in the preparation and setup of work areas to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintenance and Inspection:

Conduct daily inspections of machinery to ensure it is in good working condition.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, lubricating parts, and cleaning the machine.
Report any mechanical issues or necessary repairs to the supervisor promptly.
Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Use protective equipment and follow guidelines to minimize risks and hazards on-site.
Comply with all relevant regulations and standards related to operation.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with other construction team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project efficiency.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers regarding progress, issues, and requirements.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours of operation, materials used, and any incidents or issues encountered.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Proven experience as a Operator or similar role in the construction / engineering industry.
Valid operator certification or license.
Grade 12 (Matric)
Strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to construction and excavation.
Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
