*Reception cover
*Messenger Duty, therefore you will be out of the office for part of the afternoon, delivering important documents to other companies nearby.
*Actively involved in invoicing
*Support to the accounts team
*Admin Support
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
*At least 1 year’s office exposure, ideally administrative.
*Enjoys a diverse role, someone who is flexible and a multi-tasking
*Great communication skills on the verbal and written
*Friendly and hard working
*Professional
*No legal education required
