Technical Trainer – (DIV130690_007) Full Time
Analyze training needs, develop and implement training plans.
Maintain and develop training material.
Provide assistance to DivFood Operations when required.
Ensuring training comply to DivFood and SETA requirements.
Adherence to Administrative requirements.
Completion of annual skills plans.
Provide specialist support in the different manufacturing areas.
Provide guidance and direction to employees, setting performance standards and monitor performance.
Job Requirements
Have a Gr12 certificate or equivalent
Be a qualified Artisan
Microsoft Office proficiency
