Maintenance Manager Full Time

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage electrical maintenance team to achieve all KPIs through planning, scheduling and execution of activities in accordance with the companies best practice, policies and procedures,
Management of Electrical Maintenance Team with a strong focus on developing cultural shift towards proactive maintenance philosophies,
Provide strategic input to the Technical Masterplan with regards to site infrastructure,
Implementation of continuous improvement activities to enhance electrical systems performance across the site,
Working Groups across the site to support the overall TPM implementation strategy,
Safe execution of maintenance related tasks and equipment safety for all personnel on site,
Development and control of the site electrical maintenance budget,
Build further strategies with regards to PM/Reliability and improve systems,
Capital project recommendations relevant to the ongoing plant performance as well as management of minor capital and continuous improvement projects as required,

Requirements :

5 + years of experience as a Post Trade qualified Electrical Engineer, with proven people management experience,
Experience in the Food Manufacturing industry,
Expertise in TPM, SAP, MS Project/Excel/Word/PowerPoint would be advantageous,

Salary negotiable on experience
