An Environmental Services company based in Honeydew Johannesburg is sourcing a Logistics Planner to work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate the transportation logistics and related administration.

Minimum requirements for Logistics Planner:

Previous experience in logistics management within the transport or environmental services spaces

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to delegate and manage others

Excellent problem-solving skills, able to make swift decisions

Duties and Responsibilities for Logistic Planner:

Plan, prioritise and schedule resources based on client requirements, taking into account conditions for specialised vehicles

Prepare and deliver reports to management

Identify potential areas of improvement for efficiency and cost-saving
