This is a junior position reporting directly to the Business Manager. The primary function of this position is to maximise the retention of existing customers through timely follow up and maintaining strong customer relationships. Duties include but not limited to assistance on day to day activities to the business manager, manage customer relations and maintain contact details, maintain relationships and agreements with key accounts, complaints follow up and resolution, promotion and marketing, supporting Marketing and Development team in delivering of marketing material to sales team and customers.
The person that we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have a demonstrated skill in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment. A passion for fantastic customer service, have excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail, highly developed verbal and written communication skills, Computer literacy. Training will be provided.
Salary R 10,000 per month plus provident and medical aid contributions.
