Be the first point of contact on this busy in house IT help desk and assist internal staff on software, telecommunications and hardware issues. Monday to Friday. Duties will include provide excellent customer services and efficient first line support, ensure that all incidents reported to the Service Desk are recorded, categorised and prioritised, assist with the preparation of statistical information on Service Desk services and the identification of problems, maintain, update and continually expand knowledge of developments and trends within the IT industry.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly and communicate technical matters to non-technical people.
A strong interest in ICT
Previous experience in ICT help desk environment or relevant tertiary qualifications.
R 9500 per month plus benefits
