Job description

•To act as the crucial link between key account managers and production
•To be accountable for and dedicated to the delivery of quality goods and services
•Must embrace each job, be accountable and take responsibility for the completion of assigned work according to production schedules and critical paths
•Administration of critical paths and timelines is key to this role
•Perform required administrative tasks to aid in the smooth running of the account on a day to day basis
•Must be able to build strong relationships within the company and have a team player attitude
Requirements

•Matric
•Relevant tertiary qualification – diploma
•Repro and print, production knowledge
•Previous traffic/workflow planning in an agency or print production environment
•Client service experience
•Administrative skills
