This Integrations and Support Engineer will be responsible for developing, configuring as well as supporting and maintaining telecoms applications and systems.
The detail:
Ticket System
2nd and 3rd line systems support.
Attend and manage all tickets assigned daily (such as APi investigations and integration support for MVNO’s, System fault investigation and fault proving to allocate support requirements from Vendors) within the given SLA. Investigating and assisting in other customer requirements.
Escalate and feedback to the manager daily on tickets and unresolved issues.
Daily Operational Checks
Monitor the performance of the systems.
Plan HW capacity requirements.
Assist with daily fault finding on systems.
Assist with MVNO API integration requirements.
Assist Vendors with system integrations.
Maintain a connection to 3rd parties.
Troubleshoot all issues within the MVNE application stack and/or system.
Are you this person?
Do you have a degree or diploma in IT?
Do you have experience in a systems development, integration and support environment (telecoms preferred)?
Do you have 2 years+ PL/SQL Databases, DB structure and Oracle experience?
Do you have Linux/Unix bash scripting (essential)?
Would you consider yourself an expert in all things MS. Office?
Are you deadline-driven?
Have you supported Linux based solutions before?
Have you done system administration before?
Have you done system integration before?
