Requirements :

Grade 12 or Equivalent Qualifications, Skills: good interpersonal, confidentiality, commination, stakeholder relationship basic literacy, planning, organizing and basic numeracy. Knowledge: Time management. Driver’s license is essential.
Duties :

Collect, deliver and distribute documents/parcels in the Department. Transport employees in the Department and guests. Render general support functions in the Department. Assist the department with logistical arrangements. Assist with document production and facsimile services. Records keeping of utilization of allocated motor vehicle e.g. log sheets and petrol receipts. Maintain knowledge on the policies and procedures that applies in the work environment.
