Hermanstad, Pretoria West: DISTRIBUTION CENTRE SUPERVISOR

Minimum Requirements:

-Reliable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual (female preferred)

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-Matric / Grade 12

-Recent supervisory / control experience in a warehouse or distribution centre a must

-Good management-, customer services- and time management skills

-Critical thinker, with good problem solving and reasoning abilities

-Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Afrikaans

-Positive attitude and team player

-Computer literate in MS Office (Pastel preferred)

-Stable employment record and contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Supervise, control, plan and manage incoming and outgoing shipments of retail Distribution Centre (Warehouse environment)

-Receiving of incoming stock and shipments

-Distribution of stock-inter company’s branches

-Perform stock management operations in line with stock inventory control

-Stock take / Inventory Control

-Manage performance and activities of Distribution Centre staff

-Motivate team members and set objectives

Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 18 000.00 gross (depending on experience)
