Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the UK market.
Act as the main point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on client accounts to internal teams.
Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client success.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role, preferably in the UK market.
Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language and a neutral or British accent.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients remotely.
Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and remote communication tools is a plus.
A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and organization.
