Matric essential plus a secretarial diploma.
Computer literacy in MS Office (with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint) essential
Valid drivers licence and own car essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Communicating schedules, keeping records, agendas, etc.
Establish and maintain office filing systems that require knowledge of company operations and discretion and to have an effective retrieval system.
Perform file searches.
Maintain appropriate controls over materials taken out of the filing system.
