Handling a busy inbox and responding to all enquiries.
Daily data entry and capturing of information into systems.
Daily communication with customers via email and calls.
Establish and maintain long term customer relationships.
Trouble shooting any queries that emerge.
Assist with providing product materials to customers.
Engage with retail partners on marketing and in-store support when required.
Minimum 3 years customer service and/or warehouse administration experience.
Resilient, professional and have integrity to manage highly confidential material.
Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding attention to detail in data entry.
