Internal Account Executive Full Time

e.tv is South Africa’s biggest independent and free-to-air television channel. Established in 1998, the channel has been in existence for over two decades and appeals to all races, genders, ages and income groups.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager.

Key Performance Areas:
•Receive orders, check rates, programme changes and verify inventory
•Key campaigns into Sales Traffic System
•Print & verify contracts
•Receive returned signed contracts from client and file
•Verify and capture flighting codes into Broadcast Traffic System
•Request material for delivery to the eMedia Sales telestream server
•Verify placement of spots, flighting codes and Media IDs on the logs
•Liaise with ad agencies on all levels
•Liaise with production houses for material when necessary
•Prepare presentations when necessary and liaise with and provide support to sales executives
•Achievements of targets through upselling and retain maximum client spend
•Liaise with the Transfers & Library Administration department in Cape Town
•Conduct billing checks and resolve billing queries
•Ad-hoc reports
•Provide support to the sales team
•Attend to log scheduling queries timeously
•To ensure that all aspects of Broadcast Traffic System in relation to the job is known

Requirements
Requirements:
•At least 1 year experience in advertising sales or scheduling
•Matric
•Fully computer literate
•Ability to work to strict deadlines
•Must be prepared to work after hours and on weekends when required

•Good telephone manner
•Team player
