Debtors Clerk Full Time
Debtors Clerk
Well established company is looking for a Debtors Clerk to ensure the speedy recovery of payments from debtors, the timely completion of credit checks on all clients and report on the debtor status.
Minimum Requirements
Matric, Logistic qualification would be an advantage
2-5 years relevant experience
Industry related experience is preferable with exposure to large accounts
Proficient with Microsoft Offices packages with advanced Excel skills
Demonstrates an ability to handle stress and pressure well
Displays assertiveness and good relationship skills
Have excellent organisational skills
Responsibilities
Customer credit checks and processing
Monitor and maintain debtor accounts
Reporting on debtors at bi-weekly debtor meetings
Audit assistance
Administer creditor’s reconciliations and duties
General financial administrative tasks
Salary: R15 000
