Customer Service (Entry level roles) Full Time
We are looking for Customer Service agents to join this high-performing and well-established call center. In this role, you will be following up on leads and consulting on the best options and pathways for each individual client. Utilising your natural people skills, you have the opportunity to earn a desirable amount of commission and incentives, whilst you have fun too!
R 4500 basic salary plus commission and incentives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
Grade 12,
Tertiary training in sales will be highly desirable,
Training in call centers will be highly desirable,
Excellent communication skills,
Excellent relationship-building skills,
Dynamic, hard-working and a go-getter,
Ambitious,
Excellent people skills,
