Creditors Clerk Full Time
Duties & Responsibilities
Accurately capture invoices in accounting system to effect payment on time to Creditors
Ensure invoices are properly authorised in accordance with level of authority
Check and match invoices against purchase orders
Sending remittance advices to suppliers after completion of payment run
Match all payments against relevant invoices
Prepare payment of invoices
Filing of invoices after payment run
Prepare monthly reconciliation of creditors account statements against the AP Age Analysis
Completing and processing of credit applications
Support for the effective operations and administrative services
Assistance with stock taking and handling of the Company groceries
System utilisation
General office administration
Desired Experience & Qualification
2+ years’ experience in a similar position
Own transport
Experience in SAGE
