Call Center Agent – Outbound Full Time

Due to recent growth and new campaigns, our client currently has openings in their call center to fill the roles of outbound Call Center Agents.

No previous experience is needed and full free training will be provided for the right candidates. If you are a graduate and looking for work experience, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.
Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
Describe products and services and benefits thereof.
Respond to questions.
Identify and overcome objections.
Obtain customer information.
Obtain possible further leads.
Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent national diploma.
Unemployed.
Between the ages of 18 and 30 years.
Excellent communication skills.
Possess basic computer skills.
Be customer service-focused.
Possess a genuine interest in sales, contact center, and customer service.
The basic salary starts at R 3500 plus training, commission, and incentives.
