Project Sales Coordinator – Sales Representative Full Time

We love what we do and are always swamped with awesome leads so we’ve actively been searching for you, an experienced Project Sales Coordinator to join our sales team to be responsible for the management of leads, opportunities, sales and service activities across the business.

  Architects
  Interior designers
  Builders
  Electricians
  A-list stores and hotel

When you join our team, we need your awesome skills to include the following daily tasks:

• Make outbound calls to develop your leads into opportunities.
  Respond professionally to web-generated lead forms and inbound emails.
  Turn your opportunities into sales.
  Be great at following up with your clients.
  Log all customer interactions in the CRM system.

We are so awesome to work with that everybody wants to come join us so it’s time to narrow you down as the perfect candidate. What we will need from you:

• You have an excellent sales record/background/history i.e. you know you can sell.
  A sales background in lighting is a huge plus.
  A technical sales background counts in your favour.
  Base knowledge of lighting design is a big plus.
  You are proficient with your PC/laptop
  You having the ability to read/understand architectural floor plans would be awesome.
  You have great presentation skills

• Be excellent in selling and building relationships.
  You are organised and a great communicator, internally with various departments and externally with your clients and/or stakeholders.
  You are great at following up and you always see your tasks through to completion.
  You are comfortable and confident on live video meetings.
  Be a high energy team player with a can do attitude.

Work Location and Schedule

• Cape Town remote/shared offices
  Full-time (working Australian Eastern Standard Time)
  Base Rate USD 5.29 per hour (minimum 40 hours per week)
  +Very attractive commission structure that rewards effort and sales.

Highest individual commission paid out last month, July 2024, was AUD$12000.
