Min Requirements
· Matric
· Bookkeeper / Financial Diploma Certificate
· Relevant Experience in Debtors, Creditors, Bookkeeping, Accounting and General Office Administration
· Experienced with Quickbooks / Pastel and Excel
· Understanding of Accounts and Bookkeeping
· Experienced with Debtors – Invoicing, Payment Collection
Administrative Duties
· Control of bank statements
· Posting Bank entries into Cash Book
· Reconciling of Monthly Bank statements
· Maintenance of Supplier Contracts – Filling
· Maintenance of Monthly Debit orders
· Monthly Expenses Reporting
· Casual Wages – Daily Time sheets
· Ad Hoc Administration & PA duties
