Altron People Solutions is looking for a Contact Centre Team Leader/Supervisor to join their team in Port Elizabeth.
Calling all experience Contact Centre Team Leaders/Supervisors (Sales or Customer service)
We are currently building a database of Team Leaders to service niche local and international clients. We run 24/7 Contact centres, so can offer work hour flexibility. We are looking at individuals who are open to office based/Work from home or a combination of both.
We run both sales environments as well as customer service environments. So the options are there.
Training and support will be given.
We are looking for self-disciplined, articulate, detailed orientated problem solvers.
Skills and Experience
Previous Team Leaders/supervisor experience preferably within a Contact centre environment
NQF 4 /Matric minimum
A diploma or similar in general management is advantageous
RE5 certification highly advantageous
Good understanding of performance management principles.
A strong motivator.
Neutral accent with excellent communications skills
Excellent listening skills.
Attention to detail.
Reliable and self-disciplined.
Capacity to self-start and self-motivate
Preferred for work from home positions:
Fibre Access – uncapped
Own PC with high speed internet access
A quite environment from which to work from home
